Adjoining the owner's house, the ground floor comprises a living room with a fitted kitchen, a sitting room, a bathroom with toilet and a utility room.
Upstairs: 3 bedrooms, one with 2 single beds (90cm), one with 1 double bed (140cm) and one with 1 double bed (140cm) and washbasin. Also on this floor is a games room with a table football table and washbasin, and a separate toilet.

Outside, there is a gravelled terrace, an unfenced garden and parking.
Annie and Philippe welcome you to their 6-person "Viviane" gîte. Quiet and restful, you'll be 2.4 km from the market town of Ménéac, in the heart of the countryside, in a hamlet of typical Brittany houses. There's plenty of green space and play areas for children, 10,000 m2 of land planted with trees and flowers, and numerous hiking and cycling trails. Plus for groups: 1 second gîte adjoining for 6 extra people!
