You will find all the fresh meat (ribs, roasts, breasts...) as well as a wide range of charcuterie (sausages, smoked products, various pâtés, rillettes, ham, black pudding...).
Our cooking is simple, just like at grandma's house: meat, salt, pepper..., no colourings, no preservatives and especially no nitrite salts!
Salers meat is sold several times a year, in boxes and in retail.
