Marie-Thérèse and Laurent welcome you to their tastefully renovated accommodation, close to the small town of Iffendic.
Ideal for a stay as a couple, or with two children, the room has a double bed and a bunk bed.
For families, the sofa bed in the living room offers the possibility to sleep 2 other people if needed.
You have access to the garden and the garden shed to store your bikes if you wish.
The veranda is ideal for a breakfast in the sun before starting the day.

The gîte is just 100m from the greenway which links Montfort sur Meu and Iffendic and it is easy to go shopping by bike in Iffendic or Montfort, or to cycle to the Lac de Trémelin on the marked paths.

Iffendic, a "Station Verte" (Green Resort) and a "Station Classée de Tourisme" (Tourist Resort), is a resolutely natural destination that stands out for its wide open spaces (the Chambre au Loup valley, Lac de Trémelin, Careil bird sanctuary, Domaine de Boutavent), linked together by numerous hiking, horse riding and cycling trails.

If the cleaning is not done by you :
- 5€ per night in low season (May, June, September, October)
- 50€ for the week in high season (July, August)
