Relax in this pretty stone house with south-facing terrace, ideally situated just 50 m from the greenway for access to Lac au Duc and the town centre on foot or by bike. There is a living room, kitchen, sitting room, access to the laundry area and a toilet on the ground floor. Upstairs is a bedroom with a double bed and a pull-out bed that can accommodate two people, a master bedroom with a 160cm bed, and a shower room with toilet and shower. Our four-legged friends are welcome!
