Ideally situated between Rennes and the Brocéliande forest, you are also 20 minutes from the Lac de Trémelin and its leisure centre, and the unmissable Vallon de la Chambre au loup, Domaine de Careil and the archaeological site of Boutavent. Lovers of beautiful stones, you can also visit the "Petite Cité de caractère" of Montfort-sur-Meu.
Seating capacity: Hall for up to 80 people (125m²) , well-lit with countryside views and access to terrace. Accommodation: 30 beds (7 bedrooms with 2 to 7 beds in, each with shower room and WC. Facilities: Lounge (36m²). Professional kitchen with oven, cold room, dishwasher, and crockery etc. Fireplace, solar and oil-fired heating. Bed linen hire:4.50€ per bed.
