The vegetables here are in season, often multicoloured, grown in the open ground without single-use plastics, and of course without pesticides because they're organic!
You can find the full range at the weekly sale, by the La Basse Chapelle roundabout, on Saturday mornings from 10am to 12.30pm. Baskets of vegetables can be ordered by Friday lunchtime. Some of the vegetables can also be found at the "Marché de l'Oust" (delicatessen-supermarket in La Chapelle-Caro), and in summer, at the Domaine du Roc campsite (for direct sale one evening a week, but also cooked by the restaurant).
I've had my little market garden farm since 2022, at the entrance to the village of La Chapelle-Caro (Val d'Oust).
I work there largely on my own, unless you count my little four-legged mouse hunter, who helps me out all the same!
