Terre Compagne

Located in the heart of the countryside, halfway between the Brocéliande forest (25 mn) and the Emerald Coast (45 mn), 30mn from Rennes and Dinan, the Gîte Terre Compagne is easily accessible and close to the village of Médréac (1.5 km).

Corinne and Yvon, the owners, welcome you to their 1.5-hectare organic micro-farm. They produce fruit, apple juice, jams, garden vegetables... In early 2018, they opened this rural gîte with 3 bedrooms (including a landing bedroom) and all the comforts you could wish for :
. First floor: double bedroom (140*190), Italian shower room, kitchen/dining room with dishwasher, laundry room with washing machine, garden with terrace. The entire first floor and garden are wheelchair-accessible (PMR).
. Upstairs: a separate bedroom with 2 twin beds (90 cm) (double bed 180*200) and a study, a shower room with shower cubicle and dry toilet, a Moroccan-inspired living room with 2 twin beds (80 cm) (160*200), cupboard and bookcase, plus an optional third single bed.

The gîte can be rented by the week, half-week or weekend, either in its entirety (capacity 6 or 7 people) or with just the family room (capacity 4 or 5 people).

Located 1km from the V3 greenway from Saint-Malo to Questembert, cyclists and cycle tourists are very welcome! The space is also equipped to accommodate horse riders and the whole family.

Nearby: hiking, vélo-rail and Médréac megaliths, Bécherel “Cité du livre”, Dinan, beach (lake 25 mins away, sea 45 mins) and all of Brittany to discover...

It can be rented either in its entirety (for 6 or even 7 people) or with just the family suite (for 4 or even 5 people).
