The Qualité Tourisme mark, introduced by the French government through the Direction Générale des Entreprises, aims to improve the quality of tourist services in France.
It offers establishments such as hotels, campsites and tourist offices specific guidelines for optimizing their services and ensuring secure management. With its focus on customer satisfaction, this mark is a guarantee for visitors, professionals and local authorities alike.
The Tourist Office has a number of objectives:
- maintain a constant quest for organizational excellence,
- increase the visibility and credibility of its services,
- contribute to local tourism development by satisfying the public and generating economic spin-offs.
To achieve these objectives, a Quality Manager oversees the quality approach, working in collaboration with a team of referents in each of the Tourist Office’s departments.
